Rosie may be best known for starring on Made in Chelsea, but she’s also a hugely successful fashion blogger and jewellery designer in her own right…and sports an enviably trim and toned figure. SixtyNinety caught up with the rising star to find out what role exercise plays in her life, and chat all things health and fitness. Spoiler alert: she likes wine and cheese as much as the rest of us.


  1. What does being ‘healthy’ mean to you?

To me, healthy means a balanced lifestyle. I love going to the gym and eating healthy food but I also love red wine on the weekend and a mega feast. 


  1. How do you stay active?

I do lots of different workouts from boxing at Kobox, spinning at Another Space to Resistance classes at Core Collective. It's all about mixing it up!


  1. What keeps you motivated?

I keep motivated because I know that time out in the gym is time to escape from my phone and emails. It's also the best way for me to de-stress. 


  1. What’s your unhealthy vice?

Cheese. Any type. In macaroni cheese, on it's own in chunks or in a sandwich with marmite. I am ADDICTED to cheese!


  1. What fitness trends are you loving right now?

I am loving boxing. I do want to get into yoga though for stretching and relaxation so I am doing my first class next week!

  1. What are your gym bag essentials?

Essentials are a hair tie, water and my game face. Of course SixtyNinety too!


  1. Do you have a go-to pre or post workout snack?

I love Meridian peanut bars and Pulsin bars they are the next best thing to a Snickers!


  1. What’s on your workout playlist?

House music or anything to keep me distracted.


  1. What’s your top workout beauty tip?

Drinking lots of water to stay hydrated and feel fresh for the rest of the day. I never wear make up when I workout. 


  1. What’s your favourite piece of Sixty Ninety active wear?

My favourite are these leggings 7/8 Metallic Leggings and matching top. SO comfortable and flattering.
