Nothing like warm protein packed pancakes to keep us going during those cold and dark winter days ahead. Here is a recipe that we’ve tried and totally loved it.


For the pancake

3 egg whites

1 egg yolk

1 scoop of your favourite vanilla whey protein

1 tbsp. of rolled oats

Drops of vanilla extract (optional)

Put all the ingredients together and blend/mix for about one minute. Heat up a bit of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture in puddles. About 4 pancakes can be made with this recipe.  


2 tbsp. of cocoa powder

50ml of water

Drops of sucralose (optional)

Put the mix in the microwave for 30s. Stir it well and put make in the microwave for another 30s.
